Calvary Kids

In Children's Ministry at Calvary Aggieland we are committed to partnering with parents to help children learn and love God's Word! We want them to become so saturated with the Word of God that they treasure Jesus alone as the one who saves and satisfies the heart. So while you are worshiping and being taught God's Word and how it applies to your life, so are your children!

We offer three classes:

Infants - age 4:  Caring teachers provide a safe and fun environment for your children. We play, read Bible stories, sing songs, and pray over your children. We want them to know God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever!

Age 5 - 4th grade:  We use the Discipleship Junction curriculum by David C. Cook, which uses creative teaching methods to engage children in this age range with the truth of Scripture. There is a take-home sheet each week, so parents can continue to build on the truths your children learn on Sunday.

5th - 6th grade: Our preteens are learning about God's wisdom for life and how it helps them to make good choices through a study called "Choose". They're discovering how to experience closeness with the God who made them and who doesn't want them to settle for anything less than His best. Our middle schoolers worship in the adult service, then go to their class for the lesson.

Our mission is to make disciples by creating a fun, loving, and interactive environment where kids are encouraged to grow in Christ. In order to do this, we provide teachers who emphasize love, classrooms that are clean and orderly, procedures that are safe, and a Bible-based curriculum.We pray that your children’s biblical adventure here lays a foundation for a lifetime of living for Christ!
